About Josh
Josh Proctor is a top-producing REALTOR® with St. Marys Realty who helps buyers and sellers navigate the St. Marys and Camden County, Georgia real estate market. Licensed in real estate since 2014, Josh has closed more than 100 real estate transactions and works with both buyers and sellers across residential homes, coastal properties, gated communities, new construction, land, and lifestyle communities throughout Camden County and Coastal Georgia.
Josh earned a Finance degree from Georgia Southern University and began his career in commercial lending at Southeastern Bank. He later worked in the bank's Special Assets Department, where he managed a $20 million portfolio of foreclosed real estate. That experience gave him a foundation in property valuation, lending, distressed assets, and the financial side of real estate years before becoming a licensed REALTOR®.
Josh added an insurance license in 2017 and has experience with coastal property, homeowners, flood, and builders' risk insurance. That combination of real estate, finance, lending, and insurance gives his clients an additional perspective when evaluating a property, preparing a home for sale, understanding ownership costs, or navigating the risks associated with Coastal Georgia real estate.
A Distinguished Performer recognized by his local REALTOR® association, Josh is affiliated with St. Marys Realty, a locally based real estate brokerage in downtown St. Marys. His primary market includes St. Marys, Kingsland, Woodbine, and communities throughout Camden County, including Cumberland Harbour, Osprey Cove, Winding River, Laurel Island, and other residential and lifestyle communities.
